The only risk I see is short term, someone else tries to bind Ford Pass to your VIN and the production worker, lot driver or transport worker clicks accept locking you out until you can take delivery, easy remedy then is to remove the authorization once you take delivery and setup your own access to the vehicle.

There are many fee for service databases, where personally identifiable information is linked to VIN's, the state regulations protecting this information vary by location, your real identity, location, etc. is exposed to a greater degree than many of us desire

I would be apprehensive about putting my VIN out there for the public to see. While it is easily obtained by simply walking up to your vehicle. I would not want to widely expose it to the bad people who are lurking online. Moreover, they can clone your VIN and register it outside of your knowledge. VIN Cloning or car cloning is a practice of using a vehicle identification number (VIN) from a legally registered car to hide the identity of a stolen or salvaged vehicle. The owner of the legitimately registered vehicle the number belongs to, could potentially be accused of a variety of offenses – from parking tickets to serious criminal activity like organized crime. The victim could spend a great amount of time and money trying to prove that they are not the owner of the cloned vehicle.

My sticker says my Blend Date is Tuesday 8/9

Any idea how to read some of those other codes such as 9-NORMAL.

I'm guessing 9 = normal priority?
