I need to post a quick apology for those waiting on mudflaps. I have the models but I have had no dry weather in the past 2 weeks to test them out and install them. Took them outside and lined them up (in the rain) today and they look promising. Hoping I can get them fitted in the next few days if I can get some dry weather.

I would like to see a cover for the Pro Power area in the bed. I am concerned about damaging the existing covers when loading gravel and think a simple easy to remove cover would be great for my piece of mind.

I've had a similar fear in the past. For what it's worth, my workaround has been a piece of cardboard.

@BestEvMod - Has anyone mentioned that we need a drain plug in the frunk? Anytime you load it with ice, it starts draining away immediately!

We appreciate your help on testing these for us! plus our whole team is about to have a two weeks vocation anyway, so we wont be able to make the molding. lets take our time and make sure things are 100% perfect.

That should give me time to test them and send detailed photos.

That would work as a temporary solution but I would prefer something that is hard plastic or metal that would magnetically snap or quickly screw on.

I don't think magnets will work, Aluminum bed.

@BestEvMod First trip to the grocery store yesterday and it became apparent 4 hooks were not enough. I would like to propose a hook / shelf that would fit over existing hooks that runs from the plugs on the left to right side. This would have an 1.5 to 2 inch wide tray to hold pencils/screw drivers/level, etc. and in the front have teeth like hooks that run the length of the frunk. This would friction fit on and lift off for removal or to access the battery. Below is a crude illustration. Let me know what you think. PM me for a phone conversation.

Hi,

Thank you for this idea, its a brilliant idea, i brought it to our team and they were checking in the scan data about this area.
However, my team are not very confident about how much weight could those hooks carry, and also kinda worry item at that size will have a pretty expensive shipping cost, and owners might not buy it at that price.:(

sth like this? but easier to open.
I think having something solid, not grated like that picture, would do a better job of keeping out dirt/gravel. Think dustproof, not necessarily waterproof.

Just a durable plate that attaches over the Pro Power area. Magnets would be best for quick and easy access to the outlets but screws or similar could also work.
