I lost connection to my Truck in FordPass almost 2 weeks ago after Sunrun tried to connect the Intelligent Backup System... They were back again today to try and finish the configuration, no luck. Ford put the truck in a deep sleep and restarted 40 minutes later still no go. Some features work...
