Inflate your tires to whatever it says on the door. Our trucks don't all have the same factory tires. My truck says 42psi.
As for the original post, as other have said the low efficiency is due to speed and wind. A headwind that isn't even noticeable can make a huge difference.
I did a 200...
That is not a thing. Warranty doesn't care if they found the problem or you found the problem. Their "inspection" is looking under the truck with a flashlight at best.
And dealers will always recommend more service than you need or that Ford recommends so they can make more money.
It's just PremiumCare EV. "Plus" doesn't mean anything. The EV version I think is slightly different than the PC for ICE Fords. As long as it says PC it will be the correct one since it's matched to the vehicle.
I'm shopping the 10/100 one and Granger's price is around $2,500.
Since a new key is cheap and you can program it yourself if you have two working keys, I recommend getting a third now in case your washed key decides to quit working. If you only have one working key you have to have a dealer/locksmith program a new one.
If I had to guess I don't think we will ever see a refresh of the Lightning. Ford's new truck "T3" will likely be its replacement. The Lightning is just too expensive to make, it's not a very efficient design. A purpose-built ground-up EV is cheaper to make on an ongoing basis. The Lightning...
I'm sure a company will step in to support the commercial chargers at least. There's money to be made there. Site owners will pay to keep their expensive hardware going as long as it's cheaper than scrapping the charger and installing a new one.
The house wins on average. Chances are the warranty will not pay for itself. But saving money isn't the only reason people buy them. Sometimes it's for the "don't give af" if something goes wrong. I had the warranty on my last truck and when the sunroof module broke my thought was "guess...
Just to clarify, you don't need to file Form 15400. You actually don't need it at all since all the information on it is readily available to you. It's proof that the sale was reported and it has all the information you need on one page.
I suspect that when a taxpayer claims the credit, the...
The issue at hand is that starting in 2024 the dealer has to report the sale to the IRS within three days of purchase. The reporting portal generates Form 15400 as a confirmation receipt and the dealer is supposed to give it to you. IRS guidance is that if the dealer does not report the sale...
I got the form, I was aware of what the dealer needed to do and told them that I wasn’t going to leave without it. They took care of it without any hassle.
In my experience cars.com accurately has the battery specs. So you can filter by EV range and accurately get SR/ER listings. This is handy if you want, say, a Lariat ER, you can filter instead of having to look for a sunroof or look at the VIN of individual listings.

This was an update, before when you wanted to activate bluecruise you had to separately engage LKA and BC. They changed it to one-button operation, but like you I don't like the fact that LKA persists after turning off cruise.
It's very common for the Ford mobile charger to fail. Lots of people have experienced it. If you got the charger with the truck and it's on the window sticker then it's covered under the truck's 3/36 warranty. Use the new one only for occasional use. Get a higher quality one for daily use.
