Ditto. All about the total diameter for the speed calcs in the truckās computer. 18ās or 20ās donāt matter, youāre just solving for ride characteristics and looks. There are some differences in tire selection at the different sizes - for instance mine is difficult to find a non-E load tireā¦ but...
Yeah you could modify the tailgate piece to be a rubber seal that fit flush with the top of the tailgate but would lose the waterproof nature of how it is right now. No great answer but let me know if you think of something.
Put a Ranch Sierra on last week, mostly for work purposes but ended up camping in the back of it the first weekend. Happy with it - no frills except screened slider windows in the back. No noticeable efficiency changes and have driven 500 miles mixed highway/city/country roads in the last week...

I did a lot of research to try to match the rotating mass of the OEM wheels/tires and landed within two pounds. I'm a first time Firestone customer but really happy with the tires. They have great...
I disabled auto brake and hung a tennis ball from a string to hit the back windshield when my distance is perfect - analog sensor that my grandpa used. Have it lined up dead center with the rear headrest and works great in a tight garage. Cheers!
Looks like they're available to ship/install through Tire Rack now. Anyone had different experiences (range) running them on stock wheels vs aftermarket? Looking at Method 316s and these tires.
