I've turned this over in my head quite a bit.. I like the look of the X4S but the roll up takes up some space and I'd rather not have a vinyl truck cover again. I think the Leer HF650M will be my selection.
Are the ceiling or walls finished? Exposed studs will be easier for a contractor to review. Find a general contractor who can handle the complete job or you need a framer first, a garage door company second (not Lowes or Home Depot, check the yellow pages) and a siding guy.
Might be cheaper...

Painting costs have gone up significantly in recent years... The materials alone will make your head spin. The paint job for the car in my avatar cost me $6,000 in 2014, and I did much of the work myself. I would estimate $15,000 for a quality job in today's numbers and that size of vehicle...
Just for reference and according to the 2021 option weight guide, the Max Trailer Tow package only adds 26 lbs. of weight.
Now I just need to figure out what the hell "Max. Total ARC Weight" means (Accessory Reserve Capacity) and how that affects payload...
