Interesting.
Maybe Karaoke is not included in the update for 2024 models.
@Athrun88 , a 2024 owner from Canada didn't get it either. USA - Canada may make difference as well..
Just read elsewhere that the 10.1.0 (Karaoke date) is the one that updates Sync to Rev 1270.
That seems likely. When I had the 6.14.0 update I was still on Sync Rev 1076.
Believe I have a new version of Sync for me (24127 Rev 1270). I had Sync 23306 Rev 1076 last month.
Not sure when it updated, but I did get 10.1.1 today.
Don't really know what the "latest" version of Sync is.
Yes. I have this with Apple CarPlay. It shows the projected battery % on the center screen when navigating.
I did have to set up the Lightning to talk with phone in the CarPlay app on the phone. Don't recall the exact steps.
Same here. Shows "Reconnect" at top of screen.
Then later message showed on bottom of screen "Temporarily Unavailable".
Hopefully HUGE update coming. :)
May want to reboot the Sync screen.
With the truck on, hold the Volume down and advance button (arrow pointing right) at the same time on the steering wheel until sync reboots.
If that doesn't help then removing the ground wire from 12V battery for about a minute should reboot all the truck...
Got this update (6.14.0) today. Downloaded and installed while out for a drive. Didn't notice update at all until I put truck in Park and said update was completed.
Oct 2023 build.
Not sure if there is an easy way to see past updates. However, if you did get 6.5 then 6.8 should only be a couple days away for you. 6.8 is the update that shows Battery % on main screen.
You'll know 6.8 when you get it. :)
The smaller updates will often install when they are ready. The truck is not inhibited and can be driven during these installs..
The scheduled time you set is for the updates that require the truck to be un-drivable during the install process.
