Sometimes you can find dealers online who sell lots of extended warranties by keeping their markup low.
I would try to get a couple quotes from dealers and see who has the best price and terms for you.
What helps the most for me in all my vehicles is to stop using the AC couple minutes before my destination, pull in fresh air and maybe even in turn up the temp to dry up all the HVAC vents / heater / evaporator box.
You can always perform a deep cleaning, change cabin filter and run an ozone...
The 2 warranties I would consider is direct with Ford or with Fidelity warranty services.
I would consider getting an extended warranty because of how few places would work on an EV after the basic warranty expires. The cost for labor and parts / availability will also be an issue.
