Sitting in the driveway, Tow/Haul or Sport mode being on immediately kick the A/C compressor on and cool the battery, pulling 3-4kW.

I do not. ‘22 SR XLT, no options.
95°+ sunny work blacktop lot for 8hr and mine will be right of center every time.
The gauge will stay put on my ~30min commute in normal mode, but if I switch to sport it will cool down to center within 5-10min.
You are incorrect.
My battery will sit a little warm, right of center on the gauge, in Normal Mode.
When I switch to Sport Mode it will start cooling the battery more aggressively, and always brings the temperature gauge back to center (likely wastes some energy).
You don’t need much...
I have a A2Z NACS to CCS adapter for sale. $200+ shipping, and I can ship instantly and expedited if you want. Standard shipping is likely ~$10.
I do Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp.

Notice any change in traction on hard acceleration? Noise? Efficiency?
I will likely either get these for the range and tread life, or maybe the Toyo AT3 EV when/if they make them in 18s, and is people report acceptable range.
I wonder if you might be able to use a Wallbox or Emporia charger (both have load balancing options) to charge the truck only when the house batteries are full and sun is shining.
My battery temp gauge will read just a bit high of center when it’s ~100F, even after being parked for hours, and will remain so until ambient temperatures decrease.
The temp it gets too seems to not be hot enough to trigger cooling.
Dewalt has a good one for $300, used-like new on Amazon for $240.
