I think fordās first DEI hire was hiring the Riddler to run their OTA deployments. Apparently even Gothamās most well known criminals get cushy jobs now.
Charge station pro is a little annoying because of the CCS adapter and having to flip down the DC pin cover. Universal Tesla Wall Connector would be my recommendation.
what I am saying is adding in any variables to a production line increases complexity and cost. Having two separate lines to produce two trucks is the worst scenario. Having 1 line to produce two significantly different trucks is bad but not worse. Having one truck, one line is best. even with a...
Multiple power plants in an EV is not the option for large scale vehicle development. It can fit a small niche market, but from a mass market pov, nobody when push comes to shove wants to pay to support two powertrains in their vehicle for the REAL WORLD benefit. The true time savings for most...
Understand.
I find it crazy lemon laws do not account for Software. Seems absurd in my opinion. A simply requirement to update for bugs in a specified period should suffice. Just raises prices for everyone as manufacturers need to account for these buybacks.
LOVE THE IDEA. But the reason this will never happen is the same reason Ford canāt go straight to consumer and the same reason it canāt do anything it needs to do with EVs. Dealerships are so big and so protected, Ford is forced to do things that are against its best interest and against itās...
Saw some people on X get this. Really want to know what it does. If it stops the vehicle from turning off when you open the frunk after remote turning it on, then itās the best update ever
I would not myself do this if I wasnāt ready to use both sets, and swapping back to the original boots when going on long drives. They are more meant to be my winter / light off-roading shoes.
In the wet, they are good, but I thought the General Grabbers were also pretty good considering how I drive sometimesā¦
Still waiting for the first snow. I plan on using these as my āwinter tiresā then come April, swapping back to the 20s with the Grabbers for summer usage and longer highway drives.
125/122S they are way over built for the truck lol the RTR rims would scream for mercy before the tires even flinched. But personally I still find the ride smoother than with the stock 20ās. Just not as secure doing the clover leads on the highway. But thatās to be expected from at AT tire anyways.
Oh and for noise, yes it is undoubtedly nosier, but my wife had no clue until I pointed it out, and then she made fun of me for such a small differenceā¦.. so I think thatās an answer on its own.
yeah I put these on 18s to get a little bit better range since the rims arenāt very aero friendly. 275/70/18 vs my original 275/65/20
Attached is the efficiency hit, exact same run on the city freeway, blue cruise the whole time. 100KM/h speed pretty much constantly. Same exterior temperature...
