Yes i made sure, i mount it either side, on dash bored tray, on speaker, below the mirror mount. Still nothing except sticking my hand out like a school kid

So its been few weeks i been commuting to work going through the bridge. Thats where ezpass is needed. For some reason its not reading my tag but if i drive with my hand out the window with tag it works. Is there a special film on these windshields? Has anyone had any problems with this before...
