Not sure yet, not home, but other 2022s have got it today (and posted pics of the downloaded update) plus a reliable source has confirmed. I do usually get updates as soon as they roll out so fingers crossed this one will be waiting.
So if we have this right, your truck was so bad you took a big hit and bought another one...
To indulge that lunacy just a little, you didn't have 60 miles of range. You had an uncalibrated trailer and a guesstimate. You'd probably have made it back, particularly in summer. Regardless, we'll...
Interesting post cbowe. Here's how I see things. We don't have 700 miles of range, but the trucks that do get that range don't have the speed, power, smoothness, quietness, acceleration and so on that we do. They can't wake up with a full tank every day, they can't be fueled at home, and they...
Haven’t set it up yet, but the one we ordered for our grandson arrived yesterday. Comes in two boxes. Ordered from Amazon, but it shipped directly from the manufacturer via FedEx.
depending upon the model and available charging infrastructure, our Lightnings can Level 2 charge at up to 80A/19.2kW. You’re not getting those L2 charge rates on a Model 3. With that said, you don’t need them because the Model 3 battery is smaller and it’s more efficient. As others have said...
No exit plan. Planning on keeping mine for a long time. Extended warranties on these are cheap and can be bought for $50 over cost so mine is covered for a long time, I'm still at 100% state of health on my battery, and my truck being a 2022 had no deletes . I have solar, so charging is readily...
Yep, and it also happens if you open the frunk while your truck is locked, close it, but before it has fully closed you unlock the truck by grabbing the door handle. The frunk will just stick where it is. Absolutely infuriating and should not work that way.
The good news is that there's a lot of Tesla supercharger capacity. And everyone using a Tesla supercharger isn't taking up a spot at EA or wherever. We all have to get along. Bolt owners are just as entitled to their time at a charger as we are.
I have had one of these for a while, and I am also very happy with it. It's well-made, it works, it's easy to remove if need be and importantly it's 100% drill-free.
Good to see examples like this. There's no doubt in my mind that modern EV batteries, in general, are robust and will last a long time with a reasonable minimum of precaution. My own shows still 0% degradation in its third year. So much FUD out there from non owners and/or those with an agenda.
It's designed to confuse the consumer who, let's not forget, tends to be payment focused and doesn't normally pay as much attention to the details.
Leases generally use a money factor in the calculation. It's usually what looks like a very small number, for example 0.001. Part of the lease...
Oh I do get that, mine also shows a similar expiry date to yours. The point is that it wasn't sold to me as a time limited trial. It just says I have Bluecruise as standard, and a reasonable expectation that Ford must keep it working. Later window stickers made it clear that BlueCruise was time...
