I find your experience interesting because on Monday I received a FordPass message saying my plug & charge is active. I didn’t make any changes to it since turning it off about a year ago.
Unsure currently, no issues in the car other than the message on the dash and message in the app. They’re picking it up tomorrow to check it out. No codes present on my Obdlink. Limited research seems to indicate that the fix might be…wait for it…a software update for the GSM!

Same here. Was showing in my ford pass, dealer saw it on their end when scheduling the parking sensors and frunk updates. They didn’t do this one because it wasn’t available. No clue as to why. Fast forward to yesterday and I get the CSP letter in the mail….still doesn’t show in my account so...
After reconnecting the cable is there anything special that needs to be done to get the frunk to close? Do we just push the button to close or manually close and then push button to open it normally?
Still the same for me, not sure what the issue is. Guess I'll ask the dealer when they call me back to reschedule the truck to get in and fix the shrunken 360.
Very true the convenience is nice. I use the plug and charge when I'm not planning on multiple road trips in a month, but the more you use DCFC the more you save with the memberships and it's worth the extra effort. I also wish that when it was billed through Ford it would show up in the 4%...
