Looks like T3 will likely be fleet-only?

Edit: After rereading the article, maybe he's only referring to the HD class of vehicles?
The discrepancy is probably because Michigan bases the license fee on the base configuration. A base Lightning in 2022 was $40k, while a base Mach E was higher. I'm also not sure we didn't get base F-150 pricing instead of using the Lightning Pro. Helps offset the gouging for the Lightning being...
That's my thinking as well. I'm way too used to lifting my foot off the pedal to coast and this is the only vehicle I have where that's not mandatory. I tried 1-pedal for a week or so, but my muscle memory was too strong and overcoming it would have made me uncomfortable in the other vehicles I...
Was out on ice last night... my fault for not checking the weather before placing a take out order. As I was sliding down a hill towards a stop sign with 2 vehicles already there, I turned on 1 pedal to see if it would assist the stop... it did, but I still ended up playing it safe by putting...
Just stop reading here lol
" For example, short, sharp accelerations in EVs actually slow down battery degradation. That flips the script on what researchers – including this study’s own team – had assumed for years: that acceleration spikes were a battery’s worst enemy. "

The oaks on my property have been fruitful and the acorns are taking over! Hearing one of those things drop from 50 feet onto the metal roof of my pole barn sounds like a gun shot going off.
YOu can also set the option for the truck to ask you whether to turn off the interior sensors when you turn off the vehicle. It then pops a message onto the dash, defaulting to no - leave them on.
The deceased adapter is a "Supicon" that I got through the Amazon Vine program - free for reviewing. My review went from 5 stars to 2 stars after it failed within 10 months, but since it now shows as unavailable, it probably doesn't matter.
Solved... my older cabled tap (also no-name) allows the truck to charge fine. It will be interesting to see if I can get the non-functional tap apart to see what failed.
My off-brand tap is also exposed to the weather, so I do have my suspicions that may be the problem, just seems odd it would report as a software issue. I also leave it attached all the time, but left it off overnight before trying again today. I'll keep messing with it and try the older adapter...
Only thing I haven't tried electrically is to flip the breaker, but I doubt that would do anything. Just realized I have an older 48A adapter hanging out in the frunk, though. I'll have to check with that one and see what happens.
Interesting. If the issues are cropping up suddenly it makes me think something on the Ford side has changed. The charger isn't getting OTA updates, but the truck did.... not exactly sure when in relation to the last time I used the charger, but I think the OTA update came after the last charge.
