I was able to purchase this at the time of sale for my 2024 Flash. The finance guy is who I spoke to (the guy who tries to sell you all kinds of garbage addons that are pure profit for the stealership). He was able to add it with no issues.

I had this happen too. I just removed it from the available CarPlay apps and it now defaults back to Waze (what I use). You can do this on your phone by going to Settings>General>Carplay and select your vehicle.
