I don't see any Software Updates in my app anymore. I do recall seeing it previously, but the details were absent, just saying that the software was updated without any details. It would be good to have a page that says exactly what is updated, what is pending. And preferably how to get those...

Where in the app can I find the details of my software? I have not been able to find that information in the FordPass app. In fact, I just checked, and I cannot even find any record of software updates, much less the details of what has been completed.

I agree on the keypad thing. When I bought my '23 I did not see much use for the keypad. Now I use it daily, especially to lock the doors as the button on the handles does not always work on the first press.

I have used my dealership's pick-up drop-off service once and that went well. They did not offer me a loaner, but then I do have a spare car just in case.

My radio presets frequently change themselves. It's not all of them, but most of them. I suspect it is an issue with the software updates. How common is this issue?

Ah, so I did not need to delete and re-install the Ford Pass app then. Live and learn! Will have to set up my phone with the truck again to use PAAK, and will set up my truck in Car Play as well tonight.

I have an iPhone 13 mini, which is fully up to date with the iOS. In the navigation settings there is no place to add a vehicle. I suspect that Apple has decided that my older hardware cannot manage that additional information. Same on my wife's iPhone 14, no ability to add a vehicle.
