or …maybe they realized they were paying 350 for not doing anything.
What’s the worst that can happen from losing 350? Not get BC 1.4 that I still haven’t received ?
I already pay $200’a year for an EV fee here in Georgia. If anyone thinks the south is cheap think again. Georgia is the second highest insurance rates in the country. The only saving grace is the south has so much business going (business friendly ) on that we put up with it. When I say...
Very similar to my first car 27 years ago
a Nissan p/u 4 banger single cab/rwd.
this truck would be great possibly for that or a service industry truck like a termite company that bust needs bed space and a regular cab for one technician.
it very well might. An extra inch of play might be all you need. I would think anything above 2” you need specially fitted shocks for a 3” IMO. Also the casters Come into play. What psi and what rating are your AT3’s?
I bought my lariat at the end of 22’ at full
MSRP and 6.5 interest rate. I traded it in for a heavily discounted 24’ for $15k less than what I bought my lariat for with 0% interest with several more bells and whistles. The only thing I miss is how much faster the 23 charged on the 80 amp and...
Not sure what sympathizing has to do with it. could be a small company /big company /rich/poor/ new or old. The fact FordPass works as well as it does for free while everyone else charges for something similar is great. they lose $5b a year supposedly on us EV gang so it would be easy for...
Ford has its issues but I’ll give a “pass” - no pun intended - every time for FordPass as long as it’s free. It’s probably one of the better apps and they dont charge for it. Try owning a GM or Ram product for a few weeks and I’m sure you will appreciate it more
Ford-thank you for continuing...
Most ford customers aren’t ev owners/and /or don’t have the charging infrastructure. But some of the good dealerships that do have loaners Is a blessing to get a good loaner. Sometimes it’s good to go back to ICE so you appreciate the lightning more. That is of course if your dealer is taking...
definitely see your point. I guess where I would push back a little is someone came in and already cut out a part of the companies profit (the used tires ) then is asking me if I can do better on a price…. Might irk me a bit and make me want to be short with someone.
I’m not sure of your age ...
As someone who owns a company, while I try to be very polite and professional with customers such as yourself , $220 is perfectly fine and if that shop walks away with $25 profit off you I will be suprised.
Techs are making $40 an hour plus benefits / machines/tech to balance and install are...
thanks!
I did a 2” level with 285/50/r22 Toyo at3.
They are about 5 pounds lighter then the other tires In that size and ride well
coming from a 23’ lariat with a 2” level and 34.5’ that were 5 pounds heavier I do see a little difference for the better in range.
Could be the fake door that came on 22/23’s but correct me if I’m wrong fleet can order them with dual chargers starting in 24? At least that is what the ford pro website option showed.
Try disconnecting your 12v battery first. Wait about 30 sec and reconnect and see if that fixes before dealer time.
Sometimes programs just get stuck in outer space
And they just need to be reset.
Nice. Went with the same level - then powder coated my platinum rims and put 285/50r22 Toyo AT3
They are about 5 pounds less than the other 285/50r22s and I like them so far.
my efficiency is 2.0
Around town - 1.7 on highway.
about .1 better then my lariat I had that had 285/65r20. Those...
agree but at least with my 24 platinum - the sports mode is almost smoother (definitely quicker off the line ) and should be the normal mode and the sports mode should be the normal mode if that makes sense…..at least compared to my 23 lariat.
the 24 platinum steering is stiffer as well in...
Since I did the same thing - yesterday I put it in sport mode and it actually seems smoother to me / much more like the 23 lariat in regards to take off…..for obvious reasons but the steering /suspension almost felt a little softer which I don’t get .
Ugh. whoever said on this forum that they will discontinue the lightning is probably spot on…. At least for retail. But when you go over to the fleet side they have every option in the book to order a lightning. Maybe that’s the play …who knows but Ford is all over the place with what they...
