I think you missed my point but we are in agreement. Traction control is a wonderful thing and very much needed but turning it off demonstrates there is potential to improve 0-60 times by improving physical traction.
I have always considered traction to be a limiting factor in the Lightning. the traction control system does a great job of eliminating wheel spin but that translates to lost acceleration.
Lauch with TC off and you will see what I mean <burnout emoji goes here>
This is my experience as well. I find this to be the worst automatic climate control I have had in decades due to the window fog. I have dialed in a manual setting that does a much better job keeping the windows clear but it isnt perfect either.
Its been done and it has an impact. How much depends on the specific use case.
The real question is do you regularly need more range in winter? No point in doing it if you don't.
I prefer the level of control two pedals gives me. I rarely brake hard enough to engage the friction brakes either. Most of the time I only need the brake pedal to come to a complete stop (from around 15mph).
The other thing I really like is the ability to creep forward without using the...
And there is a notch in the lid so the cable can be routed outside without pinching. Works great for a "guest charger". If I recall correctly the ports dont connect the phone to the infotainmentsystem which I consider a good thing.

I think the Lightning is under F-150 with all the ICE models.
What is your source for this? I can't imagine Ford would go through the trouble but could see a dealer setting their own code for each car they receive but that could be reset by the new owner.
My experience is that there wasn't anything about the truck that the salesman knew anything about. Could be worse, the person at the Chevy booth at the MN state fair this summer said that Chevy doesn't have an EV truck...
Note the I have used the clamp points several times :)
Having experienced this several times my alternate solution is to simply apply the brake again. This alleviates the back and forth bounce but I don't disagree with the setting the parking brake but haven't trained myself to do it yet. Note that this only happens to me when I park on a gentle...
I never tried sport mode before driving a loaner Mach E which defaulted to whatever setting was last used.
Now that I have tried it I also want it to always be in sport mode.
