I don't recall any trends or issues with buybacks reported on the forums.
Welcome and enjoy the Lightning! Looking forward to any trip reports or fun experiences you can share with us.
I'm fine with the Platinum wheels. I think it's smooth. I have test driven a Lariat, didn't notice a difference. I'd have to drive them back-to-back to notice a difference.
Max Recline I've only used it 2-3 times to sleep. Most of the charging stops, I've been doing things. Shopping, bathroom...
I think it's good to pick up a rare used '22 with the features. They're at a decent price these days.
Can confirm the massage and max recline seats are amazing. The massage seats really helped me on longer drives. Upgraded sound system sounds good.
Haven't noticed any blue jean...
Thank you for sharing your experience cleaning up and protecting the truck's undercarriage.
I'm going to look into scheduling some time to wash down for mine. Mine was driven around in Michigan, so definitely feels like it's at risk. Been a year, but better late than never.
J+ makes a 6-50 adapter for their charger. Can always press the button to downrated the amps.

Glad your solution works and you can charge without needing needing upgrades.
From my experience, the truck displays time to charge to the Max battery % setting.
It's the truck saying "I'm getting this much energy per hour. I need X amount of energy. At this rate, to get to 80% (or whatever it's set to), I will complete the charge at this time."
The Charge...

What's the Target Charge %?
Should be under Charging app in the infotainment.
Sounds like you just drove it 1400 miles. Did you have any other difficulty charging?
FOB ever since PaaK didn't detect my phone the first time I relied on PaaK. Passenger was not impressed at being stuck for 10 mins as I kept restarting the truck... 😅😭
Interesting. I'm reading it as Ford is balancing economics of scale vs cutting microprocessors. The fact there isn't savings in reducing microprocessors is interesting. Ford taking this midway approach of spreading the investment across BEV and ICE and Hybrid.
Sounds like Ford is sticking to...
Looks like a jewel to me. I'd be comfortable with the extended warranty to cover future issues. The notes read like the tech knew what they were doing for troubleshooting. The replaced parts seems appropriate and heard of here on the forums. The short circuit on the instrument cluster and...
This guy is restoring crashed F150 Lightnings. Pretty interesting to see the repairs he is doing and his insights. He does other videos like road trip experiences on the Lightning.

Here's Ford talking about the development of their NACS adapter.
Here's a comparison of Ford adapter vs Lectron. EVBuyersGuide also gives some other thoughts and...
I spoke with folks interested in EVs at Drive Electric Month events this past month. People really liked the idea that Walmart is getting chargers. The whole charging while shopping made sense to them.
Correct. '22 Platinum had the 19kW level 2 charging, massage and reclining seats, spare tire. The front seats have an adjustable shoulder rest. No heat pump. 3 years of BlueCruise, maybe 6 months left as of current date.
A '22 Platinum with all the bells and whistles is probably the best for...
