I am having this exact issue after 2 months of ownership and 3,500 miles. I tried re-booting sync, and just now pulled the #28 fuse. Nothing helped. Sounds like I need to schedule an appointment with Ford service. Otherwise, I really like my new truck.

That is unlikely. I started the truck as usual, and did not select the menu or go to that page. It was pretty obvious once I started to turn in reverse that the differential was locked (tire scrub), and when I glanced down I noticed that the orange indicator light was illuminated on the dashboard.
