Didn't help. Also, it is still working for MME, so I doubt that it's the problem with the app. I also have the app installed on my tablet, and yes, same problem.
Mine were already turned on.
I also doubt that asking the dealer for help is of any value.
As of a few days ago FP menu for Target charge location disappeared. This is what it looks like for my MME (which works):

Just got notified that FedEx has my adapter ready to be delivered on 2/24/2025. Order # 90145676.

But for the long time AZ VLT for EVs was a lot less. My 2023 Lightning purchased in 2022 was just renewed for $475. My 2021 MME was last renewed for $20.
OTOH, if you drive like an old lady, you could get crazy high guestimate. Here's mine from a few weeks ago:

Yes. You can set it from 12A to 80A. Meaning, it can be setup on a 16A to 100A circuit. Your electrician should be able to tell you what is the maximum circuit you can use. FWIW, 2024 Lightning can only use up to 48A (60A circuit). Anything above that is pointless.
