I usually use CarPlay so I don’t notice. But the little triangle icon with the two arrows is rarely showing (on the top right of the sync display) which I’m told indicates data connection when it’s on. My main annoyance is not being able to see charge status, remote start, does pass stuff, etc...

Yep on Wi-Fi. Will I get it if I leave my truck on and plugged in? I’m worried that if I turn it off it won’t connect to cellular again without going through the reset process for the 100th time haha

Ok now I can see the icon in the car indicating I have a data connection. I’m just going to leave the car on in the garage and just keep checking for updates.

I’ve done the battery disconnect, fuse disconnect, and now I just unplug it directly behind the single second row seat.

Battery showing good health unless that’s before the battery dropped lower and it’s not updating anymore haha

Thanks. No updates for me since I bought the truck in December 2023. It’s a 23 lariat new. Haven’t gotten a single update. Got the battery level monitor warranty recall fixed. Thanks

So I’ve done the modem disconnect and reconnect and it brings up cellular and WiFi and FordPass is good to go. Can refresh and update from the app, see charge status, etc. but after a few hours it’s like the car goes to sleep and the modem does too. Only way to get it working again is to repeat...
