There's an aluminum locking rollup one that also allows mounting crossbars for bikes/skis/baskets. That's the one I'll probably get. Retrax I think is one the leading choices there. https://retrax.com/retraxpro-xr/2022/ford/f-150
It's not the deposit, that is accounted for somewhere else. It's showing as a discount overall. First one I've heard of or see on the forum, congrats if it sticks.
I think there are members on this forum that are also active on other lightning forums. If there were really consumer deliveries happening already the news would spread across all the message boards in a day.

Hopefully they don't hit the 200k EV deliveries in June so everyone getting deliveries in CY22 will get the full rebate. Sounds like it's going to be close.
I didn't realize there are still wave 1 orders that haven't been scheduled yet. I thought it was just us in the wave 3 and beyond that were still waiting to schedule.
I went to flight school in San Antonio, and tried to go shopping for a car. Very disappointing. Every dealership was about 7/8th trucks with maybe a handful of cars.
the acceleration/braking nanny voice that was in one video hopefully should be something we can turn off. He mentioned it was a fleet training mode, hopefully not something on retail trucks.
