    FYI I installed 17.64 kW Rec pure alpha (I don’t remember the exact panel but they are one of the best available)and one powerwall 3 for half of your lowest quote! Mine is about half rooftop and half on the pergola/ground mount.

    That is absolutely insane unless they’re installing gold plated panels!??? Have you tried Tesla? I don’t think they will do the ground mount though. Have you thought about putting them on your workshop?

    Yeah, our electric prices used to be cheap(I guess they still are relative to some other states), but the state government got involved to fix the grid after snowmageddon shut down the whole state. Now prices are just increasing each year. That is mostly why I installed solar!

    I did this update a few weeks ago, but I do not use the mongoose. I have had no issues with blue Cruise! I used this: I have purchased this in the meantime: I don’t know if the work around is to use one of these for the fix but if it is, I would be willing to try to help anyone in the DFW area.

    I used Solartime in Richardson for my solar install. They build a nice pergola! I went the easy route with a Tesla powerwall 3 Mainly because it has the automatic grid disconnect if power goes out, I can still produce and use solar.

    I would go ahead and charge to 100% which is actually not! Ford built in the extra buffer and from what I’ve read, it is only if you let it sit for like a month or more that it is bad for the battery.
