Snap! I pray that doesn’t happen as I’m at work and my key is 250 miles away… got a new phone and had to re initiate PAAK which somehow disabled my password bypass with an error message saying I need to go to the dealer to reset it. Fingers crossed
Plugshare just posted (finally) an additional DCFC charger between The Infamous Quartzite EA disaster and Pheonix. Details are limited but it appears to be in Vicksburg travel center exit (giant American flag) operated by GMs Ultium network which I believe is a joint venture with EVGO...
Sad pro tip. Head out early. Like be in n Quartzite around 7-9am. You best chance to not get stuck. Currently there are 3 of the 4 stalls working. Stall 2 and 4 (both 150 posts) are the fastest. The 350 post is de-rated.
Not that it helps the initial issue but that top piece with the gouge in it is actually plastic that can be replaced. It pops in. I don’t know the cost but Certainly cheaper than a whole tail gate FWIW
I had that exact problem too I did note however it was after my spray liner was installed. The problem is the rubber stoppers on either side of the bed towards the top of the bed. Dense rubber to isolate the tailgate so not much give. Took out the handy dremel and slowly shaved some rubber...
Quartzite, AZ just opened what I believe is the largest Single supercharger station in the country with a total of 132 posts. I know we are going to get the adaptor soon but I was really thinking at least a few would have magic Dock as EA has only 3 working posts at this location and a Required...
This one is marketed specifically for the Lightning. Dunno if they checked for any issues with the radar?

Most of my commute is freeway. 500 miles of pure freeway (75+mph) a week so I’m already less efficient. That being said stock was around 1.7-1.9 mi/kwh. With the leveling kit and the BFG tires on the same commute I’ve dropped to 1.5-1.7mi/kwh. So not too bad. When running around town on city...
Wow. What a difference. I’ve got mine levels on 35s now. Looks like I’m about to tear off that lower valance and finally got rid of the “active Airdam fault” message once and for all. I’m thinking it will effect range tho ?
Way to hold
Out! They need to replace things that are obviously a design flaw regardless of warranty. From reading posts about various issues, it appears that it comes down to if the dealership wants to play nice. My 2 cents.
Just got the truck back. As another poster had mentioned. If you Door Fails. The entire assembly needs to be replaced! Dunno what the out of pocket cost is just yet but I’m sure a paint matched piece of plastic from ford ain’t cheap!
