  1. Maintenance Schedule - 10k service

Reading this thread reminds me of arguing with my wife for some reason
  2. Need To Know If a Lightning Will Work For Me

I only have 6k miles on my lighting, but I doubt that’s an accurate statement. It depends on the tires. I put Michelin defender ltx on my f250 diesel, which weighs over 1,000 pounds more than my lighting. I get about 70k miles out of those. Why wouldn’t they last even longer on a truck that...
  3. Rivian R2 Reveal w/ R3 and R3X Surprises! $45K, 0-60 >3 seconds, 300+ miles range, NACS port, 4695 batteries

Reserved an r2 because… I think my wife may want one. If she’s happy then everyone’s happy.
  4. Using the Ford Fast Charging Adapter at Tesla Supercharger: Munro Live

The adapter is great. Maybe I should’ve said I was a YouTuber so I didn’t have to wait until August with the rest of the peasants.
  5. CSP-23B70 Certain 2022-23 F-150 Lightnings - BMS Sensor Replacement

My dealer says Ford will not do this repair via mobile service. Interesting conversation with my service advisor. I requested a mobile service for the 23B57 and 23B70 CSP Requests via the app. No warnings on the dash, if not for the app suggesting this service you’d never know anything needed...
  6. Digital Static?

Sort of. My SR Pro screen may, at times, briefly flash a green screen at the moment you describe. It usually happens if car-play is connecting at the same time. I suspect the infotainment system is woefully underwhelmed by the infotainment cpu. It has trouble performing more than a single task...
  7. RIP Adira Tal: My F-150 Lightning Saved Me

That’s terrifying- glad u walked away from that
  8. Ford Mobile Power Cord tripping 50am breaker in cold weather

I’m fairly certain the electrician ran a FLA test. However, it’s less likely he ran a current leakage test. You'll need a capable meter (and the knowledge to set it and use it properly for this specific test) as well as break the ground for test point during testing (usually done at the...
  9. Reserve your Tesla adapter

If that’s the last five digits of the order number, I was number 35,000 and something. I just reserved a few minutes ago.

  11. Traded in my Pro, got an XLT ER

Lucky dog. Even though I was one of the first reservation holders, I couldn’t even order until August 2023. Great deal, seems like a no-brainer
  12. Traded in my Pro, got an XLT ER

How many miles did you have on your pro? I’m considering the same same. My pro optioned out at about 55K before taxes. (MSRP) I’d like to future proof with the extended range battery. And would love to have adaptive cruise, as well as seats that weren’t so high.
  13. Feeling a bit screwed over by Ford...

It’s BS by ford IMO. To make matters worse, they did it to the people that waited the longest.
  14. Need To Know If a Lightning Will Work For Me

How much of the drive will be interstate driving? Can you charge on both ends?
  15. Ford Gave Me 2 Level 2 Chargers

I have a wallbox plus that looks just like the one pictured above. It charges up to 48 AMPS The app has been flawless. I’d recommend it to anyone. You’ll need to check the sticker to see if you have the 40 or 48 AMP version
  16. 2.0" Leveling Kit -- Unexpected Benefit

I haven’t hit the latch, but the front corner hanging part of the grille bites HARD
  17. Best way to drive on the expressway for maximum battery life?

The heater works great as far as I can tell. However, in S Florida, that’s not a very big ask. I don’t use the heater because the seat warmer works extremely well, and from what I’ve read, pulls substantial AMPS and noticeably reduces range.
  18. Power deployed steps vs. fixed steps

I don’t have the OEM retractable steps, (not an option on the PRO) but briefly saw them in action while shopping for my lighting. They extend much lower, and slightly further out than fixed. I had AMP retractable steps installed, for the exact same reason. I believe the AMP steps go a little...
