if I open the Charge Assist app, either from the recent or from Home Screen, and then navigate away (to CarPlay for instance) the recent button then shows Charge Assist….
Until I turn off the vehicle. When I start the vehicle again, back to URL.

The SYNC recent app row is showing a host name for the Charge Assist app? So it seems this app is simple a web app. Cool. But why show the host name? @Ford Motor Company
I would have completed all pending module updates between November 30th and December 2nd... just looking at the calendar and when the 2 day license expired.
Further, when you (graciously... seriously you help so many people here) checked last night on anything pending module or OTA for my VIN...
I paid for the 2 day FDRS a few weeks ago and successfully upgraded some modules. However, I have yet to see some of the features described in threads on these forums. For instance, I do not have SOC in my cluster. I do not have Apple Maps integration. And the list goes on.
From reports here on the forum, it is the collective understanding that Lightnings with a blend date after April or May are not yet eligible for updates.
I took delivery in July and have yet to receive any type of update.

As someone who still hasn't received any type of update for 5 months, what does it look like? How does it happen? Are you notified on the home screen? Like a notification icon or something? What is the overall process?

People respond saying they see it.
Others say they don't see it.
And then there is never a status update from...
