At one point in time I was interested in this, several years back when I heard about the Lightning, and the supposed ability to feed a house in the event of a power failure. But then came a new Roof on the house, and decided to 86 the old solar system due to the fact that it was NOT compatible...

I have a "23" XLT SR with the 311A Equipment group, The window sheet said that it has the "LED Projector w/dynamic bending Headlamps" But I have not ventured into the FORScan Realm. I've Programed PLC's before, but I was trained on it, But have NO training on FORScan.

Fortunately I don't drive the Lightning a lot, (sometimes prefer my 96 Ranger XLT with a stick), and charge at home, but eventually I'll have to figure it out when the time comes... Thanks for the ideas.
And I might add , , , you will not be pulling 12a 24/7. It will only be pulling 12a while charging, once the Lightning gets charged it will go down to a fraction of the amps just for the circuitry in the charger & Possibly trace amperage to the truck.
