Press the Vehicle icon on the bottom of the app, then the Charging dropdown, then Preferred Times. Select the location and it will allow you to set the Max Charge Level for that location. Make sure to scroll down and press the "Save" button.

Agree it used to be flakey but seems to work better now with the updates to the truck and app. I adjusted my change profiles through the app a few times for 2 different locations in the past 2 weeks and worked fine. 6 months ago it likely wouldn't have worked as well if at all.
