Being south of I-10 and east of I-35, I doubt anyone is brave/foolish enough to build a data center anywhere near me.

  7. Interesting Article On Current Guardrails Vs EVs

I worked as a route driver for Coke during summer breaks in college. Between the truck and 450+ cases of Coke onboard I was pushing 26,000 pounds down the road. And my truck wasn't a gooseneck. Those were probably around 40,000 pounds. So when someone says EV's are tearing up the roads I laugh.

  14. BlueOval Charge Network expands Plug & Charge to IONNA and Ford Charge

That's how the Tesla chargers worked on my recent trip to Birmingham AL. I would open the charge door on the truck, grab the adapter from under the back seat, attach the adapter to the Tesla cable, plug into the truck and bingo! No app needed. Shortly after charging my phone would show "Ford...
  15. BlueOval Charge Network expands Plug & Charge to IONNA and Ford Charge

LOL! That reminds me of a discussion I had a couple of years ago. I had a guy trying to explain how paying with cash in the supermarket check out line was faster than using "tap to pay" with a credit card. I laughed and kept on moving.
  16. BlueOval Charge Network expands Plug & Charge to IONNA and Ford Charge

I was surprised when Tesla opened their chargers to other vehicles. I'm pretty sure Tesla "bean counters" pushed for this. Now, with the ten's of thousand of Mach-E's and Lightnings out on the streets, I'd be surprised if none of the networks of DCFC wouldn't be willing to cut a deal with...
