If I recall this was explained during development but I am not 100% sure From Grok: Even between the Standard Range (SR) and Extended Range (ER) models, while some front components may look the same, the rear suspension parts...

    Call the EV Hotline and start the buyback process. Not that you want them to buy it back but just let them know that the dealer has no estimate on when they will give your truck back. Tell them about having no loaner. Watch this go quicker than you think.
