You can just look on ebay for leather take offs from another F150 of the same generation and they will fit. Except the headrests for plats as I think they have different shape. I swapped mine Lariat for lariat as I didnt like the light color seats. cost me $200 for the takeoffs and few hours...
Its a Kicker amp for a sub. It also has the ability to correct the audio signal for the B&O sub when upgrading. If you didnt use a kicker amp you would use a KeyLOC or similar items
VERY HELPFUL! Thank you.
I am just wiring up the amp and had seen 2 or 3 posts about dead 12V batteries so my brain started spinning thinking if a cap would just help reduce overall draw for those shorter trips.
Your explanation saved me ~$100plus materials and lots of SFL sweat.
Recently added a Key 500.1 and might end up adding a 200 as well. I know that capacitors got a bad rap from crappy products in the late 90's...but with that tiny 12V battery has anyone noticed or an impact on longevity after adding amps? I'm not trying to overthink things, but would rather...
I guess I need to check mine. Had it installed for about two months now. Havent had the need to check any feeds, but will do that once its back from the shop. Alignment needed after installing eibach's
I understand what you are going through. I went kicker KS 6.5 and 6x9 for door and tweeters.
Grabbed a 3.5 KS for the center channel after doing everything else... that single change transformed the sound. It balanced it way more and wasnt as *bright*
Does anyone else find it annoying that we can't configure the bottom row? I have a physical button for max defrost and a soft button for it, it would be great if I could configure the soft button to max A/C or the steering wheel heat soft button to recirculate or vice versa. Dump the rear...
Just wrapped doing doors and tweeters with kickers and lots of sound deadening. saving for the hideaway...
The OP replaced the center channel as well. has anyone else? is it worth it? If so what did you use?
I have a 24 Lariat with the standard B&crap installed.
