Ditto. Mine has the Max Tow package and sounds like that when I start it on really hot days. I was surprised by how loud it gets.

Bummer. That does seem pretty bricked. Sounds like you've already checked all the fuses and relays. Only other thing that comes to mind is to hook up an OBD reader and see if you can pull any error codes to show what might be going on.

Did you try "starting" the truck thru the FordPass app? Maybe that would wake it up out of whatever state it's in.

OP, I agree it doesn't stop this stupid issue. I've even had the radio come on automatically after playing a video from the user manual. It's just a way to stop the noise as soon as possible.

The radio dis-functionality gets me many times too. Only way I've been able to resolve is to push in the volume dail to mute it.

Ditto! I just started getting the same rattle when the sun screen cover is closed. Took me a few drives to locate the source. Opening mine part way also stops the rattle.
