So one thing to not is that the balance weights have to be placed strategically or they will contact the calipers. Actually just had this issue with my last balance and rotation. Sounds to me like it’s hitting weights

The tight tolerances are why I went with the 703. Back in 2022 i made a lot of calls to the engineers at Method. Wanting a 17” wheel. This was one of the only to clear the calipers

The rear is much easier than the front and no alignment necessary. Ford does state that the bottom nut and bolt is “one time use” something to consider. Personally I took my chances and reused it and periodically check the torque
