Thought I would revive this thread. At 45K, my OEM Hankooks were down to around 4/32”. I could have honestly squeezed out another 6-8K miles out of them if it were city driving BUT, when on the highway they kinda feel like driving on ice if its raining.

Definitely the Michelin Defenders LTX M/S2. Theres no doubt about it; its the best tire you can buy. Look them up on tire rack and you can see how they stack up against the competition. Very good wet and dry handling qualities. Its the only tire I have ran on all my trucks after the OEM ones...
Well, I was expecting to get atleast 45K miles out of OEM tires. This is how they looked back in March with around 30K miles. Currently at ~35K miles and I'm down to about ~6/32". They tires still do well with dry traction and light rain but holy shit, the hydroplane resistance has gone down...
