Great thanks for all the info, bring truck in tomorrow for 30,000 mile service and to hopefully get this fixed. Anything else I should have dealer look at or take care of while truck stays there?

My biggest concern is my backup camera, that screen is now all messed up from whatever the dealership did now I’m stuck either waiting for another unforeseeable update or I have to call the dealer and try and get them to fix it. Thanks @Ford Motor Company !

Someone on the forums helped me update my blue cruise maps in forscan or fdrs remotely when I shared my computer. Can something like that be done to fix my camera issue?

So needs to be done in person in other words. Any video you can help refer me to I am very much clueless in the world of fdrs although I do have the cable to connect to my truck

That’s exactly what I’m pretty much figured. I thought by bringing it to the dealer they would be able to update the truck to the most current version. Guess that makes too much sense.

2022 Lariat ER with Max Tow, was receiving OTA updates pretty consistently up until about 6 months ago. it’s been to the dealership for service and was “up to date”. can the 12v battery be an issue out of the blue?

Surprised the update didnt fix the redundancy of having 2 windshield defrost buttons with in a few inch reach from eachother. One on the touch screen and one physical button. Always thought the touch screen button could be replaced with something more useful.
