Mine was done via mobile service this morning. He arrived at 8:45 and was done at 9:15.
  2. Front turn signal overpowered by driving lights at night

Are you wanting the white DRL to be disabled entirely when the turn signal is on so that it flashes amber-off-amber-off? I had to go out and look at mine. During the day/headlights off, the white DRL dims when the turn signal is on. It returns to full brightness when the turn signal is turned...

  5. Front turn signal overpowered by driving lights at night

They are proven to be better for traffic flow and safer. They’re not hard. https://www.iihs.org/research-areas/roundabouts
  6. First Tow

The trailer assist doesn't work well (or at all, maybe) if you don't place the target sticker(s) on the trailer. Check your glovebox, there should be a pack of three checkerboard stickers that are targets for the camera to follow to calculate the angle of the trailer. They're not reusable, so I...
  7. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

Ah, yes. You're right. Welcome Lighting was working before I made the APIM change to enable the toggle.
  8. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

Gah, sorry. I typo'd. That byte was already a 1. This is from my original BCM file. I had not changed anything in the BCM prior to enabling Welcome Lighting.
  9. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

No problem. :) Also, I fixed my post. Realized I left out which block it was for the APIM. Also, of note, that block for the APIM, the 7 will depend on other settings. I was referencing the table that @carys98 posted. It was a 7 for me because I also had courtesy wipe and driver alert system...
  10. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

    Sorry for the slow reply. I have the before file from my BdyCM, but I didn't save an after. I'll plug into it tomorrow and save it. But here's what I did: Original New BdyCM 726-18-01 0000 0000 00 0101 0101 01 726-27-01 0001 1401 01 0101 1401 01 726-45-01 0101 F401 00 0101...
  11. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

Seems like such a minor thing to not have enabled from the factory. The fob detection isn’t perfect. Occasionally it doesn’t kick the lights on, but overall it’s nice to have it enabled.
  12. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

That was it. I changed mine from xxx3 to xxx7 and now the Welcome Lighting toggle is available. Thanks!
  13. 25C69 Recall - Ford Recalls 2022-2026 F-150 Lightning Over Rollaway Risk

I think Ford is just having some struggles on the app/website. I got the letter in the mail on Friday for the recall.
  14. Is it normal for the frunk to not open from the button if the truck is locked even if I have the fob?

I believe only the trucks that have PAAK get the Bluetooth controls menu for the frunk and tailgate.
  15. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

I reviewed the following post: DIY: Installing Passive Entry To A 2022 F-150 Lightning XLT | Ford Lightning Forum For F-150 Lightning EV Pickup: News, Owners, Discussions, Community I played around a bit and was able to enable Approach/Welcome Lighting on my Flash. In the BdyCM easy mode, I...
  16. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

When you approach. It should detect a nearby fob and turn on all of the exterior lightning as if you had pressed the unlock button on the fob.
  17. F150 Lightning FORScan thread - Version 2

It's not present in the lighting options on my '25 job 2 Flash.
  18. Truck wont DCFC, but will AC: Fixed post #14

You bet. And then plug the green connector back in when you're done. Forgot to mention that lol. Disconnecting that plug disables the high voltage system in a safe manner. The below page is from Ford's guide to the Lightning for emergency responders.
