Yes truck does not communicate with the app and have to kill the app and refresh then it starts working and no not talking about departure times. Talking about when the truck warms the battery when plugged in.

Mine is a 24 I talked to ford customer service and they looked up my vin and she said that it should work she said it was in the 10.1.1 update that I got in March
