The problem lies with the app and truck charging time setting. . The app calls for charge outside of the schudled time then the truck (car) says no thank you.... over and over. Try deleting your location and charge schedule then set it back again.

If it does then I have a hunch it's not really the change in the times or rates that stops it. It's like ford pass and the truck are not communicating then the change prompts the synchronization of the two... Just a thought

I agree. Seemed to me that it was the truck controlling this. Also somehow my proximity to the truck with my phone and or key also caused it to click clack

It's dead brother.. happened to me on Sunday. Call customer service. They will walk you through a reset but you can try that yourself a few times. They should replace it. By the way. Did your charger start clicking every 10 seconds or so before it died?

I spoke to Ford this morning. They already had the ticket open from the clicking problem previously. I explained them my troubleshooting steps and she said I did everything that they would recommend so they are going to note the case to send out a replacement. I should expect a email or...

Mine has worked for about 2 weeks no issues. I liked it. Didn't need to fast charge at all when it was working.
