I park at the airport for weeks regularly. Never have I had the SOC drop. The closest to a drop was coming home in last year's cold snap. It was a few percent low, but not from vampire drainage.

I think the TeslaTap mini 80amp is the best way to go. I used it all the time until I finally got my own charger (a Tesla Wallconnector J1772).

Especially if you already have a Tesla charger...a second is great as they talk to each other. We now have a "straight" Tesla wall connector and a Tesla J1772 wall connector which simplified our wiring. They load share...which is nice.

You don't *have* to have your electrical upgraded. You can dial down the FCSP. I have my (48amp) charger set to charge between 11pm to 7am. Yesterday my SOC was about 30%. I plugged it in about 9:30 and it started right away. It finished about 7am. Normally plugging in every few days that 11-7...
