Just announced during Tesla investor day is that the Gen 4 superchargers will have longer cables to reach more vehicles. It seems like all the retrofitted chargers will remain as-is with cord length, but newer stations will presumably be better in the future.

A lot of people will move from the Y to the CT if it's comparable in cost. Many of those people will regret it. That doesn't mean the CT won't be a good vehicle, but I don't think it will make a great vehicle in dense urban areas where Tesla has historically sold well.
