Welcome to the Ford haters club. It's becoming a love/hate relationship with this truck. I'm out of pocket 3k so far with my 22 and the glitches keep me on my toes(Only 33k miles in).
Yes, they rushed the truck to the market. Now they are becoming impossible to repair... just replace....
They are there for entertainment, when mine is plugged into 120v charger, they open and close 3 times every hour or so. Kinda nuts. When I'm out relaxing in a chair sitting outside, they just do their own thing.
Best description of the pile of thrown together crap that ford sold us. Most at a premium price. Even new replacement parts are defective when installed. (If you can even get the part you need, I couldnt)
Good Grief.... All this special do this and do that and don't do this very often and use a different charger and use a 12v battery maintainer...
I've had my bolt since new 2017... never did all this krazy stuff... I charge it when I want... as much as I want using whatever charger I want...
Good luck. My 22 is stuck at 24.5.1 frunk closing update. Not failing but incomplete.
I don't know where to go. Frickin annoying with ford's software.
This truck is an awesome letdown after the hype.
It does what I need it for and more but it's just frustrating when I get in it and see the...
-26? what sunny tundra are you in? The Yukon? Siberia?
I'm really getting nervous keeping this vehicle. 22 loaded pro with 30k miles. Very glitch prone. Several parts replaced that failed way way to early for me. Lucky with my 2 1000 mile road trips I've taken. I love how the truck is a beast...
Mines tighter than yours. 1/4 inch (front has to kiss the back wall). Glad you fit. Same here last 3 trucks kept outside. This one gets inside when needing home charger.
You could be like my 22 that never completes the update from 7 months ago. It just tries over and over and over again. Not failed, incomplete. Apparently there's no way to correct this without a dealer visit or buying online access to seeing what's wrong. My gorilla beast truck that runs on...
Mine did that one time in the last 3 years. I think it didn't like being parked in the garage. I usually park it outside. I think it was tooo close to the keyfob all night. New 12V last year.
Sucks big time. Watch a few youtube videos on HV battery replacements.
Don't expect ANY help from Ford. You'd get more care and concern from a gofundme..
