Same. I have used EVGO maybe once or twice and I got a notification about a month ago that someone was charging with my account in New York City. I was sitting in my office in California. That SOB racked up 70$ on my account before I could get someone on the line to shut it down and issue me...
this image is from a few months ago.
And this one is the most recent. I just installed some wolf box power running boards and was experimenting with some 1.25” wheel spacers.
I installed a 1.5” level before getting the tires so I had plenty of clearance. I’ve seen owners on here with 275/65r20 of other tire brands report they clear with no issue.
I have a set in size 275/65r20 on my stock 20 inch wheels. I have about 10,000 miles on them and they have been excellent. I saw another review where they stated they were noisy. That has not been my experience at all. Only very slightly louder than the stock all seasons. If you roll down...
Very cool. I'm most interested in the Everdrive system. Martin and Zach have been very tight lipped for the last few months.
Also in regards to the Worksport solar cover. You mentioned it outputs 600 watts. However, if you look on their website it has an asterisks next to that. At the...
The stock tires are not LT rated so I'd say so. Every tire is different though so look at the actual weight ratings and compare to the OEM tires before slapping a set on. I went with a set of goodyear electric drive AT's in a 275/65r20 (non LT) and have been very happy with them.
Hey Kyle,
I like your style! The tires clear easily. I’ve seen some guys with the stock height clear this size tire. Unfortunately for you I installed the lift myself in my driveway and drove it to the local dealer for an alignment. So I don’t have any good recommendations. The good news is...
Where did you get them? I see them on Amazon for $1100 with the coupon. Rough country has theirs on sale right now for $999 on their website. Decisions decisions...
This youtube video just happened to pop up on my feed but this guy has over 200k miles on his standard range F150 Lightning. Super impressive. Says the only thing he has done to it is replace the tires 3 times.
Sorry to hear this is happening. If it were me I would reach out to any local EV repair shops and see if they can help you out. Its unlikely they have worked on lightnings before as the vast majority are still under warranty. Like BhamDCam said though it seems swapping the battery is a...
Alright finally got the update to take. I mistakenly had my 12v charger hooked directly to the battery instead of the connection points on the right side of the frunk. I also unhooked my comma.ai and fitcam dash cam for good measure. Even after doing this it still wouldn’t update yesterday...
I can not get this update to take for the life of me. Must have tried a few dozen times by now. Never had an issue with updates until now. I tried putting it on a 20 amp 12v charger and a tender (separately). No dice. 12v is showing 14.4 volts and car scanner is showing 100% SOC. I had a...
6800 kWh for my lightning. Not bad considering I was unemployed for a month and took another month off when my daughter was born. My poor little 5.9 kW solar array can’t even cover half our usage with 2 EV’s.
I think I have around 4,500 miles on mine. Really happy with them so far. Tires still look mostly new. I find them very quiet all around. Maybe a very light hum at highway speed but nothing like typical aggressive all terrain or mud tires. Offroad they are more than good enough for my...
