Not insisting that the battery or any component thereof actually hit the temperature that was reported simply because someone said it was read that way. I would have called the BEV hotline and had a case number started. I would be taking the advice of people here and asking my case...

I would try deleting charging locations and re-establish to see if it will report stopping the charge at 90% again. Without and OBD reader to dig deeper it's hard to say beyond educated guesses. There's known symptom where one intentionally charges to 100% but it immediately drops into the 80's...

Button on the wheel, to right of the cancel button. It will automatically turn on every time you turn on cruise. It stays off if you use cancel/brake and resume.
That's a dangerous thing to do, reducing that buffer to maintain useable capacity means we inch closer to 100% actual and potentially overcharging. I have my doubts that Ford would allow that and my data indicates the opposite. 95.5% actual has not changed over the past year when I hit 100%...
Best guess, Ford is too busy putting AI in their app. At least they added karaoke to keep us occupied while we wait for actual requested features to be implemented.
We had some big storms come through overnight Wed. I don't know if we had a power surge that may have reset the FCSP, but when I plugged in yesterday, it immediately started charging at 60A (which I had set on Tues). So I guess the change did eventually make it through, it just took a long time...
Wouldn't Ah * Volt = useable capacity? If the voltage is the same, but the Ah is 5% lower, then how is the useable capacity still 100%? Clearly I'm still not understanding something.
EDIT: Also, is your assertion based on anecdotal evidence or has Ford confirmed it somewhere?
We want to help you, but you don't seem to be listening. :( Good luck with your approach, I hope you get everything fixed. All I can say at this point is that I don't think you are taking the most efficient course of action towards a successful resolution of the situation.
See post 33 and 35 just above, looks like he had a bad part that needed to be replaced. There are a lot of errors that can make the Stop Safely Now warning pop up. Do you have a OBD reader on hand to check voltage variation? I assume you've tried turning it off and back on, could also try a 12v...
I got fooled by seeing a puddle from A/C condensation when I noticed my reservoir was low. I agree with others, top it up as the air bubbles work themselves out. I'd only check for leaks if you get a DTC or have to put in more than a liter after a couple weeks.
I tried upping my charge rate to 60A. It says it saved in the app but it does not appear to have taken. I'm still charging at 40A. I'll try adjusting again after I get a chance to reboot. Perhaps it's a one and done per boot.
