Dealer had mine for most of the day and did not figure it out. They were on with ford. Ford says it should be fine since the truck passes all the tests on the truck end, but it doesn't talk back. Monday the main service advisor is back from vacation and we hope he will have some more insight.
sorry to revive an old thread, but I'm having the same issue. how do you reboot the truck so to speak. Is it enough to disconnect the 12V battery under the hood on a Powerboost or is there more?
I received an OTA update. Maybe my first since I purchased back in March. It's the only update that updated the Ford Pass app for sure.
