I too had this happen last two days in a row. I was plugged in charging & above 80% charged. The preconditioning seemed to be running when I went to the truck. I received PU0306-BCF-DET on 7/10/23.
UPDATE: After getting TSB 23-2050 from service appointment and Power-up 4.2.1 via OTA I’ve now received 4.2.1.2 power up via OTA. This update specifically calls out the modem connectivity.
I had the TSB 23-2050 done which increased the mean time between connectivity failures from ~4 days to ~3 weeks. After the first failure post the TSB I pulled fuse 32 to restore connectivity and the next day after a drive I received the 4.2.1 power up update

I am happy to report that I am approaching 2 weeks (which is about twice the mean time to failure of ~4 days previously) post the updates for the TSB and no issues to report . The truck & Ford Pass are operating as expected
