  1. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

How did it play out with the gear shifter breaking? Will it eventually just not shift into gear and I’ll be stranded?
  2. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

I just went and tried to fold down the shifter in my truck, which I never do normally, and it wouldn’t work. Can hear a click where it’s trying to stow away and then it does nothing. So I’m certainly thinking it’s the shifter. Question is, how confident can I be using the truck in the meantime...
  3. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

FordPass says the same Feb 27,2025 and ECG-24.2.5.7
  4. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

Followed the link in your signature, logged in and it said 02/27/2025 Sync 4, do I need to actually go in the truck for a more accurate one maybe?
  5. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

Found it, 02/27/2025 was last update and it says Sync 4. Probably not OTA related than hey?
  6. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

Hey, thanks for getting back to me. Interesting. The dealership did mention the air dam code about ten issues ago, wonder if they actually addressed it, never mentioned it so probably not. What’s this about shifter causing larger problems? Supposed to go camping tomorrow taking the truck...
  7. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

How do I find that out? Thanks for the reply.
  8. Orange Wrench Service Soon but still full power

Hey, My 2024 Lightning XLT SR which has previously had a host of other issues threw me a new one today that I would like to seek the forums input on if I may. Today when I started up the truck it brought up an orange wrench saying service soon and I got a notification in FordPass about...
  9. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Fully agreed. Following along on the FordPass app I first got a charging fault error notification this morning and then noticed they were successfully DC charging it after, but they only charged for 9 minutes so I don’t know if it crashed out on them or if they figured nine minutes was all they...
  10. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

What are you even on about this “apparently” thing? The dealership showed me the HVB code that they could see was on it before I bought it. You seem really fun to talk with.
  11. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Did I say anything about lemon laws in Canada? I said the truck is a lemon. I can attempt to initiate a buyback with the dealership despite the lack of lemon laws too. Again, multiple people agree that you are less than helpful. Find somewhere else to spread your incredible knowledge please.
  12. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I tried every possible combination on every charger. Nothing would work. I too have had issues like that but never had the red ring on the charging port. I’m a believer of the simplest explanation usually being the correct one and I just doubt that both...
  13. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Heliian: Better do some research before you waste any time here or elsewhere trying to claim its a lemon. Canada doesn't have a lemon law. Yeah that’s super helpful.
  14. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

I’ve been respectful to absolutely everything that has had something to add to the convo. Heliian coming in here and talking crap and adding nothing to the convo certainly doesn’t deserve my respect. It’s a two way street. Why are you even still here? Surely there’s more culturally appropriate...
  15. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Thanks Grumpy, no further info yet. I had to call the dealership and explain that the AC and DC charging systems are basically separate systems. Then they kept repeatedly asking me if I was using “my own cord” on the DCFC that wouldn’t work. Not exactly questions that inspire confidence.
  16. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Okay Henry, no one is forcing you to converse in this thread. Some people are actually trying to be helpful. Sorry for not following the cultural guidelines of this forum and blindly worshipping a truck. Lord.
  17. Can’t DCFC Stuck On Road Trip

Oh do I? When people post useless replies about lemon laws and how their trucks are amazing machines that nothing could ever go wrong with it’s a bit much for me. Try taking a balanced approach. They’re great trucks and things can go wrong with them. Like the one clown in this thread telling me...
