Interesting. Seems like the Platinum that TFL had took ~4.5 to 60 whereas the Lariat that Redline had was ~4.1. That was apparently at 80% SoC charge which is pretty good. I wonder if it can crack the 3s when at 100%.

Wish one of them had brought a lightning to the dragstrip !
Imagine what a little traction compound would do to the short and 0-60 times!!!!

Anyone know how the blue cruise works if you are wearing sun glasses?

Works just fine. It uses IR light so sunglasses don't interfere at all.

No issues at all wearing mirrored sunglasses in the Mach-e for blue cruise.

Why exactly doesn't the Lightning Frunk get a 10/10 in the FTCI? It is the biggest Frunk on the market. Maybe it needs a plusher interior to take it to the top?

For those of us with a wife (or husband) and kids, I assume you could add an iPad mount, frunk mat, 6-pack cooler, and a small fan and it will become the perfect 10/10 hideaway. This is the real reason the emergency button is inside the frunk!

Looks like he just drove the car by itself for two to three hours and got about as close to a range test as we would see. He drove 110 miles.

He was driving a platinum, here are his numbers:

1.8 mi/kwh going 75mph.

2.3 mi/kwh going 55mph (country roads)

Stated he was flooring it and having fun.

2.3 mi/kwh going 55mph (country roads)

Stated he was flooring it and having fun.

Seems he got his facts wrong saying the 2.3 mi/kWh (301 miles) was "a little less than rated range". Maybe he didn't know the Platinum he was driving is only rated for 300 miles.
