Yikes, I guess that is a perk of being a little closer to MI than AL.

However I can't complain, our pro has pretty much been my personal demo since we got it.

Yeah being closer makes it somewhat understandable. My frustration is mainly with communications and planning. Ford can schedule to have all 27,354 parts necessary to build them but can not plan to ship them in a timely manner.

All the trackers now show shipped for me now, but no shipped date. My delivery estimate is unchanged.

Agreed! The worst is when you call customer service and they say call the dealer for more detailed info. But the dealer makes you feel like shit when you ask them for info and simply tell you "We'll call you when it's here." They won't call their regional rep or check in palsapp to find out status update. For the record, even though I've stalked my dealer with driveby's, I've only talked to them twice, and in person once since January. So I'm not one of those annoying types.

Overnight I went from "In Production" to "Awaiting Shipment". Fingers crossed it shows up this week!

All reservation pages still show the same, which is “shipped”. My ETAs are once again gone. GDMT! @Commercial Sales Ford this is your fault for turning the train around.

Anyone else get changes?

From what I’ve seen it takes 1-2 days for the train to get to my rail yard. From there the cars seem to get batched into 4-5 for delivery. There’s 6 right now pending pickup for my dealer. Average days it sits at the yard seems to be about 5 days.

Yes, picked her up Thursday afternoon 23 hours after it dropped at the dealership Wednesday!
I have 235 miles on her already see my posts in the 6/6 build week thread. I love it & 1PD!!

What’s the difference between:

Order Type: Individual
and
Order Type: Load Child

on OvIsS?

My truck is still on the ramp pending QC..

Found the answer on another thread. Thank you to @Amps. reposting it here to inform this thread.
"If you see this, it means that you have a date with the convoy truck for the final leg of the journey. It is the staus that follows 'Order Type Individual'."

OVISS goes from 'Inactive' to 'Pending Pickup' to 'In Route' (their spelling) in the upper left. 'Inactive' is from the time VIN is entered into OVISS until it is off the rail car, 'Pending Pickup' until the convoy truck leaves the facility to be 'In Route' to the delaer. Revealed by clicking the caret at the upper right are three statuses of 'Order Type'–'Individual', 'Load Child', and 'Delivered.'

If you track the rail car while the convoy tracker is in Inactive status and keep up with activation requests in Ford Pass, you can get a feel for what is going on when the truck is unloaded from the rail car.

So if I'm understanding it correctly it'll be pending pickup the second it's unloaded. But it'll be individual meaning there isn't a truck assigned to carry the car until it moves to Load Child.
