Thanks. Dealer made it “priority” on 8/8, and “hot priority” on 8/23. Funny, after the “hot”, the dates moved back again. Sounds like they are just blowing smoke. I’m done fretting over the time. I’ll enjoy it one day.

Got the call on Friday, picked the truck up on Saturday. Traded in the 2020 Bolt with 17k miles for $3k more than I paid for it, so that was a plus.

Today I was looking over the paperwork and noticed they sold me a white Lightning with a different VIN. I guess I get to see if I can manage to not get a speeding ticket before the new temp tag shows up in the mail.

Almost through another delivery window. Neither the dealer nor customer service can tell me anything I can’t find myself online. Both act like visibility reports do not exist. The last rep I talked to told me the truck just arrived at the rail yard that day, when in fact it’s been there since July.

No VIN at my dealer was delivered via united road, so I have no way of tracking progress after it leaves the rail yard.

I suspect they don’t actually want to sell me the truck, they’d rather I cancel so they can ADM the the first guy that sees it.

Who would’ve thunk August builds would be on the road before May builds.
